Daniel D. Olszak, Jr., Esq., has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Dan received his B.A. from Trenton State College in 1969 and earned his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law. Prior to opening his own practice, Dan served as an attorney for the United States Army in the Judge Advocate General Corps and worked as an estate tax attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in Brooklyn, New York. Dan worked as the associate counsel for Management Planning, Inc., in Princeton, New Jersey, where he provided estate planning advice for the owners of closely-held businesses nationwide. In 1983, Dan opened his own practice in Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey.
The American Bar Association approved National Elder Law Foundation has certified Dan as a Certified Elder Law Attorney. He has lectured on various legal topics at the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney Institute, and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at several universities on management and business, paralegal topics, retirement planning, and estate planning . Dan is currently the President of the Ocean's Harbor House Agency Board, Dan is the chair of the Ocean County Bar Association Tax Committee, is the former chair of the Ocean County Elder Law Committee, and is a member of the New Jersey Bar’s Elder Law Section. Dan concentrates on elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianships, and represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
Christopher D. Olszak, Esq., joined the firm as an associate attorney in September, 2002 and became partner in January, 2005. The American Bar Association approved National Elder Law Foundation has certified Chris as a Certified Elder Law Attorney. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. Immediately after graduating from law school, Chris served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward M. Oles, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. Chris is a former Co-Chair of the Ocean County Elder Law Committee, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Jersey Bar’s Elder Law Section, was a member of the Ocean County Senior Scam Task Force, and a Board Member of Ocean’s Harbor House. Chris concentrates on elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianships, and represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
